We use a reputable breeder, but we do not guarantee livestock sales after delivery. No doubt about it, beekeeping is challenging.
Five-frame colonies come in a wax coated cardboard nucleus hive box. They are raised in Oregon, with fresh, current year (2023). NUCs are delivered directly to your apiary. An email will be sent notifying you of the date and time (latter part of April).
The queens in these nucleus colonies are selected by performance traits, not race. We cannot guarantee the queen’s race.
All livestock orders have a $10 cancellation fee until February 28. Livestock orders cannot be cancelled after February 28.
All information regarding nucleus hive pickup schedule will be provided to the email address you provide at time of purchase.

When your bees are delivered, you are responsible for your own safety. You will be entering agricultural property, and you must wear bee-protective clothing.
