Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accepting or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”) you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including your ful name, shipping address, phone number, and email.
Return Policy
At BG Bees LLC we take pride in our quality products and services. We value our relationship with you, the customer. If at any time you feel our products were in damaged condition you may contact BG Bees LLC within 10 days to inquire about a refund.
Live products (e.g. Package Bees, NUCs, Queens) are not refundable. These live animails are expressly precluded. Events – A $10.00 fee will be assessed on cancellation up to 30 days prior to the event. No refunds will be offered if cancelled within 30 days of the event.
How to Return a Product Purchased from our E-Commerce Site
- No e-commerce returns will be accepted without a prior notice to BG Bees LLC.
- Live Products (e.g. Package Bees, NUCs, Queens) will not be refuned.
- Events – A $10.00 fee will be assessed on cancellation up to 30 days prior to the event. No refunds will be offered if cancelled within 30 days of the event.
- A Return Authorization may be requested up to 10 days from shipping invoice date.

- Returns and refunds are only accepted for items purchased via our online store.
- Items must be returned in its original condition and including the original packaging.
- It is highly suggested to use a traceable shipping method for all returned items.
- If an item is being returned for credit, no credit will be issued until the item has been inspected. We do not keep your credit card information on file, and will call you to obtain the appropriate information should a credit be warranted. At our discretion, we may issue a company check to reimburse you instead.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and are paid by you. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.
- A 10% inspection and restocking fee will apply to all returns.
- Any deviation from the return policy outlined above will result in a delay of your refund, additional restocking fees or refusal of your returns.
